The Special Victims Unit of the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office has signed 4 warrants on the two former employees of Main St. USA at 117 E. Main St., Inman, SC, which was first reported by some media outlets last Thursday, July 31, 2014. The two former employees are Sonya Smith Fredo, and Anastasia “Stacy” Faith Whitlock. Both are charged with 2 counts of Unlawful Neglect of a Child on 2 juvenile male victims under the age of 10 years old, and one of the victims has Down syndrome. Both Fredo and Whitlock turned themselves in earlier this afternoon to the Warrant Office and have been booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Facility.
ANOTHER UPDATE…Whitlock has been charged with a third count of Unlawful Neglect, and that victim is her biological child. That incident was one of the incidents captured on the smart phone video. Both her children have been released to their biological father.
