On 3-31-22 Spartanburg County Home Detention Unit and the Spartanburg County Narcotics Unit went to 314 S. Lakeview Dr. Duncan, SC to do a Home Detention check on Steven Staggs. Staggs was on Home Detention from a Narcotics search warrant on 1-19-22 and had several more warrants that was signed after drug analysis was completed form the January search warrant. Once at the residence it was determined that another narcotics search warrant was needed. During the execution of the second narcotics search warrant the following was located.

7,716 grams of Marijuana
1705 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms
1 hand gun
From the Search warrant on 3-31-22 Staggs was charged with the following
