The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Curtis Nesbitt who was on home detention for Burglary 2nd non-violent ; Grand Larceny <10k and Petit Larceny as a condition to rescind bench warrants for Failure to Appear. He was placed on Home Detention GPS monitoring on 12/23/13, and violated on 1/4/14 by leaving his residence and failing to return. According to his girlfriend, she and Curtis had a disagreement and he left. Mr. Nesbitt was given until 1100 today to turn himself in and when he failed to do so an escape warrant was signed.
